Do you offer gift wrapping or gift notes?

Yes! We offer complimentary gift wrapping and handwritten notes—just leave a message at checkout.

What is your return policy?

Because our pillows are handmade in small batches, we accept returns on unused items within 14 days of delivery. Please see our full return policy for details.

How do I care for my J & Burke pillow?

We recommend spot cleaning only to preserve the hand-stitched design. For dust or light dirt, a gentle lint roller or soft brush works well. If need be, you may gently wash in cold water on delicate.

Are your pillows really hand-stitched?

Yes! Every J & Burke pillow is carefully hand-stitched by skilled artisans, making each piece truly unique. We believe in preserving craftsmanship and creating heirloom-quality pillows that stand out from mass-produced alternatives. On average, each pillow takes 40 hours to stitch!

How long will it take to receive my order?

Most orders ship within 3–5 business days, with delivery times depending on your location.

Do you restock sold-out designs?

Because our pillows are handmade in limited quantities, some designs may not be restocked. If you see something you love, we recommend grabbing it before it’s gone.
