30-Day Refund Policy

At J & Burke, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your product, we offer a 30-day refund policy from the date of delivery.

Refund Process:

• To request a refund, please contact us at colby@jandburke.com within 30 days of receiving your item.

• Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging (if possible).

• Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

Exclusions:

• Personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for a refund unless damaged or defective upon arrival.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is defective or incorrect.
