REFUND POLICY

At J & Burke, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your pillow, we accept returns on unused items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be in its original condition, including inserts, tags, and packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at colby@jandburke.com with your order details. Once we receive the returned item and confirm it meets our return criteria, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
 

Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement after the return is processed.
