While we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every pillow, variations in stitching, color, and texture are natural due to the handmade nature of our products. These subtle differences are part of what makes each piece unique.
J & Burke is not responsible for any misuse of our products or for damages resulting from improper care or cleaning. We recommend spot cleaning only unless otherwise specified. Our pillows are not intended for outdoor use or as toys for children or pets.
Terms & Conditions - The Basics
By purchasing from J & Burke, you agree to the following terms. All orders are processed in the order they are received, and because our products are handmade in small batches, some items may have limited availability. We currently ship within the United States, and most orders are dispatched within 3-5 business days. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout.
We accept returns on unused pillows within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be in their original condition, including inserts and tags. Unless the item is defective or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Please note that slight variations in color, stitching, or design are normal due to the handmade nature of our products and are not considered defects. We are also committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information collected during the checkout process will be used solely to process your order and will never be shared without your consent.
